Objective:
The objective of conducting the House Elections was to promote leadership qualities, responsibility, teamwork, and democratic values among students. The election process provided students with an opportunity to develop confidence, communication skills, and a sense of accountability.
The House Election for the posts of House Captain, Sports Captain, Discipline Captain, Head Boy, and Head Girl of Vayu House, Agni House, and Indra House was conducted successfully.
Campaign Day:
On 16 June 2026 , the candidates actively campaigned for their respective posts by introducing themselves and sharing their vision, ideas, and responsibilities with fellow students. They prepared creative posters, placards, and election symbols to represent their campaigns, making the election process engaging and informative. Through their speeches and campaign materials, students confidently expressed why they were suitable candidates and encouraged their peers to support them.
Online Polling:
The online polling was held on 17 June 2026 . Students enthusiastically participated in the voting process by following the given instructions carefully. The online voting system provided them with valuable exposure to the democratic election process and helped them understand the importance of casting a vote responsibly. It also encouraged them to act as responsible citizens within the school community by respecting fair voting practices and making informed choices.
Induction Ceremony :
The Induction Ceremony was organized on 18 June 2026 . During the ceremony, the Principal addressed the students and delivered an inspiring speech, encouraging the elected leaders to serve with dedication, honesty, and responsibility. She motivated all students to develop leadership qualities and contribute positively to the school community.
Badges were presented to the newly elected student leaders as a mark of their responsibilities and commitment.
Conclusion :
The House Election and Induction Ceremony were conducted successfully. The event strengthened democratic values, leadership skills, and a sense of responsibility among students. It was a valuable learning experience that encouraged active participation, teamwork, confidence, and responsible decision-making while giving students practical exposure to the democratic election process.
